250th Anniversary Celebration of the founding of St. Louis

The City of St. Louis will mark the 250th anniversary of its founding in the year 2014. Over the course of the year, the City will celebrate with signature events and festivities. We invite you to join us for a full day Redpath Seminar on Friday, February 14, 2014 at a symposium on the history of St. Louis at the Missouri History Museum, conceived and lead by Yale historians, followed by an optional dinner at Windows on Washington, hosted by the Yale Club of St. Louis and Les Amis.

Yale Professor Jay Gitlin '71, '74MusM, '02 Ph.D. has put together a full day of talks and panels on the history of St. Louis - "A Great City From The Start: The Founding and Lasting Significance of St. Louis".
