"The Causes and Effects of Bullying and Social Rejection On Children"
Clark McKown is a clinical psychologist at the Rush Neurobehavorial Center, where his areas of expertise include child assessment and therapy, school consultation, various disorders of childhood, and social development and friendship. Mr. McKown is also an assistant professor of psychology at Rush University Medical Center and the University of Illinois at Chicago.

At April’s Yale Connection event, Mr. McKown will discuss his research and experience on factors that increase the likelihood that children or teens will face social rejection. Mr. McKown will also discuss bullying as a public health issue and how it can impact kids both mentally and physically throughout their lives.

Cost: $15 for members of the Yale Club of Chicago & their guests.

$25 for non-members & their guests. Sandwiches, snacks and desserts served.
