FAQ: Which Yale Clubs have buildings?
Only the Yale Club of New York City, but that’s a privately owned paid-membership club not under the auspices of Yale or the AYA. The regional alumni associations that the AYA supports — referred to informally as Yale Clubs, whether they have Yale Club in their names or not — are volunteer-led nonprofits. In New York City, for example, the Yale Alumni Association of New York is the “Yale Club” for the 15,000+ Yale alumni in the metropolitan area.

The 2012 Gathering will be a lawn party featuring a summer picnic buffet provided by Village Sheriff/caterer Jim Perelman with wines from three award-winning California vintners from the Class of 1966, courtesy of their on-island '66 classmates. We also look forward to the Whiffenpoof Alumni from many classes bursting into song as they circulate about the party.
