This form will allow you to update the address the AYA has on file for you Club as well as the Club officer's listing on the website. You can use this form to submit the directory listing portion of your year end report as well as to update the AYA Clubs staff of any address changes at any time during the year. You may also update your address with Yale through the Online Alumni Directory, however, you should still keep your AYA Clubs Liaison apprised of address changes.
