Whether your title is secretary, scribe, or correspondent, your task is to provide YAM with news from and about your classmates. It is a worthy assignment, and most who have done it agree that it is both fulfilling and fun. And since this is your magazine, each of you has a personal stake in the quality of the product. In an effort to make your job and ours as easy as possible, we have put together a set of guidelines for you to use when submitting your Notes. We hope you will find it helpful. Copy must be received in our office by the deadline dates listed below. Please be sure to use the correct mailing address, and allow enough time for it to be delivered. Expect the U.S. Mail to take at least 3 to 5 business days. Copy received after the deadline date will be given preference for publication according to the date on which it is received.
