Class Leaders

The secretary & treasurer share responsibility for the following:

• · class activities & communications
  · being the liaison between the class and the University
  · the organization of a Class Council and/or executive committee
  · planning class events between reunions

The Secretary

• · Writes Class Notes column in the Yale Alumni Magazine
  · Or can appoint a corresponding secretary to handle Class Notes
  · Appoints the class AYA delegate, reunion chairs, reunion book coordinator, class web editor
  · Assists reunion chairs in planning reunions
  · Gives approval for class expenses

Treasurer

• · Manages finances of the class
  · Solicits class dues
  · Can approve or change the suggested dues levels
  · Approves class financial transactions
