Yale’s Museums, Libraries, and Collections: Treasures for Teaching and Research

November 20 - 22, 2003

The new AYA Assembly program format was extremely well received with over 500 alumni and guests attending. The new format combined the usual stimulating intellectual aspects of Assembly with an Alumni Leadership Conference that provided a forum for alumni leaders to share their innovative and successful programs. The Assembly focused on Yale's world-renowned collections of books, art, and natural history artifacts and the ways that collections materials are acquired, preserved, and used in teaching and research.
