Registration and Lunch
Delegates and guests may register for Assembly beginning at
8:30 a.m. at the Rose Alumni House at 232 York Street. New Delegates
will attend the New Delegate Orientation Luncheon to be held from
12:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. in the President’s Room in Woolsey Hall.
All others who register for lunch will receive tickets for the University
Dining Halls of their choice from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
2:00 p.m. Introduction to Assembly LIX
The University Theatre, 222 York Street (next to Rose Alumni House)
Edward Dennis ’63, Treasurer of the Board of Governors and
Chair of the Committee on Education, Assembly and Long Range Planning,
will introduce Assembly LIX
2:15 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. Alumni Relationships
at Yale: Directions and New Frontiers
The University Theatre, 222 York Street (next to Rose Alumni House)
In this opening plenary, we will hear about current
trends and future plans for the development of Yale’s relationship
with its alumni. The panelists will include Jeffrey Brenzel ’75,
Executive Director of the Association of Yale Alumni; Maureen
Doran ’71 MSN, Chair of the Board of the Association of Yale
Alumni and Linda Koch Lorimer ’77 JD, Vice President and
Secretary of the University, the University Officer with responsibility
for alumni affairs.
4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Breakout Sessions on
Alumni Relationships
Delegates are invited to select one of five sessions where AYA staff
and Board members will present questions for discussion and brainstorming
among delegates and guests.

Delegates interested in learning more about the
Board of Governors and the election process, especially those who
are third-year delegates, are invited to this meeting with members
of the Board and AYA staff. Continental breakfast will be provided.
The Tercentennial of Yale University

for information on meals (including Friday morning continental breakfasts),
symposia and special events for the balance of the weekend. The
general schedule also contains information for hotels, restaurants,
parking and shuttle transportation.
